Thanks to Mayazim 2 in 1, which offers the standard yeast and bread producing used safely for years in one package, our bakers do not require to dose the feast and bread improver separately.

Bread improver is removed from the recipe and the bread production process continues the same. Yeast is added on the same step as always. With the Mayazim 2 in 1 both the yeast and the bread improver used simultaneously. It is prepared appropriately for loaf and all bread types.

    USAGE

    Usage rate; may vary depending on formula, process and flour quality. It can be used up to 5% for 100kg of flour. If desired, it is added to the dough by dissolving it in water or crumbling to pieces.

    PACKAGING

    500 g*24 packages in a 12kg box

    STORAGE

    It is recommended to store the product between 0 C and +4 C in order to maintain its quality.

    Acceptable product temperature is a maximum of 10°C.

    Under specified storage conditions, shelf life is 40 days.
