Pulso Gold

The Pulso Gold is a specially developed to prevent crust flaking  in part-baked or fully-baked frozen products. Owing to its high water retention capacity, the product also ensures that you produce better breads with higher volume and finer crust which preserve their freshness for long periods of time. You can use the Pulso Gold with confidence in a variety of breads weighing from 30 g to 400 g.

The recommended dose is 1% of the weight of the flour. (1 kg of the product for 100 kg of flour.
