The Pulso Instant is a dough improver specially developed for dough which has not been fermented and which is baked when it is in a frozen state. In this baking technique, raw frozen products like bagels, pizzas, etc. are deep-freezed following the process of molding, without being fermented. These deep-freezed products do not require any fermentation before the baking process and are directly taken from the freezer to be put into the furnace and are baked. The products may be defrosted before the baking process, as desired.
