Pulso Soft 

The Pulso Soft which is specially designated to provide softness in and improve the inner structure of breads such as sandwich breads, hamburger breads, and toasts. Owing to its special formulation, it prolongs the shelf-life of breads and enables you to produce products that maintain their freshness for long periods of time. By virtue of the active components utilized in its formation, the Pulso Soft renders your products more stable during fermentation and makes them standard and consistent throughout the process.

USAGE

The recommended dose is 1% of the weight of the flour. (1 kg of the product for 100 kg of flour.

PACKAGING

Bag of 20 kg made out of kraft paper.

STORAGE

Keep the product in a cool and dry place.
