Pulso SOM and Pulso CES Ranges
The Pulso SOM Range has been developed for loaf breads which do not contain any E-code ingredients, and the Pulso CES Range has been developed for use in the production of specialty breads. They ensure improvement in such qualities of bread as volume, the fineness of crust, the color of crust, the crumb texture , the burst and general aspect and the overall appearance. They also enhance the quality of endurance in dough, as well as offering high tolerance during baking. They have a product range matching the different types of flour available.
