The Pulso SOM Range has been developed for loaf breads which do not contain any E-code ingredients, and the Pulso CES Range has been developed for use in the production of specialty breads. They ensure improvement in such qualities of bread as volume, the fineness of crust, the color of crust, the crumb texture , the burst and general aspect and the overall appearance. They also enhance the quality of endurance in dough, as well as offering high tolerance during baking. They have a product range matching the different types of flour available.

    USAGE

    Incorporate the product directly into the flour before kneading, taking into consideration the dosing instructions provided.

    PACKAGING

    Pulso SOM 1 – 4

    2 packs of 4 kg each, in 8kg cardboard boxes. The Standard Dose: 0.1% (50 g for 1 sack, namely, 50 kg of flour)

    Pulso SOM 2 – 4
    2 packs of 4 kg each, in 8kg cardboard boxes. The Standard Dose: 0.1% (100 g for 2 sack, namely, 100 kg of flour)

    Pulso SOM 2 – 50

    50 packs of 50 g each, in 2.5-kg cardboard boxes. The Standard Dose: 0.1% (1 pack for 1 sack, namely, 50 kg of flour)

    Pulso SOM 2 – 100

    25 packs of 100 g each, in 2.5-kg cardboard boxes. The Standard Dose: 0.1% (1 pack for 2 sacks, namely, 100 kg of flour)

    Pulso SOM 3 – 50

    50 packs of 50 g each, in 2.5-kg cardboard boxes. The Standard Dose: 0.1% (1 pack for 1 sack, namely, 50 kg of flour)

    Pulso SOM 3 – 100

    50 packs of 50 g each, in 2.5 kg cardboard boxes. The Standard Dose: 0.03% (1 pack for 1 sack, namely, 50 kg of flour)
    Pulso CES 3 – K50
    40 packs of 50 g each, in 2 kg cardboard boxes. The Standard Dose: 0.1% (1 pack for 1 sack, namely, 50 kg of flour)

    Pulso CES 3 – 500

    20 packs of 500 g each, in 10 kg cardboard boxes. The Standard Dose: 0.3% (1 pack for 3 sack, namely, 150 kg of flour)

    STORAGE

    Keep the product in a cool and dry place at a temperature of maximum 25°C in order for the product to preserve its quality. To be able to re-use the already-opened packs without causing any loss of activity, it is recommended to seal them tightly each time they are used.
    Under the above-mentioned storage conditions, the shelf-life of the product is 1 (one) year following the date of production.
