Yuva Instant Dry Yeast is used in home-type practices, such as traditional bun dough and the like, along with varieties of bagels, filled pastries, muffins, savory buns, and cakes.


Incorporate Yuva Instant Dry Yeast into the flour directly, without having it thaw.
The recommended amount to be used may vary according to the recipe. Normally, 11 g of Yuva Instant Dry Yeast (1 pack) is used with 500 g to 1 kg of flour.

10 displays (consisting of 45 packs of 11 g each) in 5-kg cardboard boxes. 2 displays (consisting of 12 packs of 125 g each) in 3-kg cardboard boxes.
50 packs of 100 g each, in 5-kg cardboard boxes. 200 packs of 15 g each, in 3-kg cardboard boxes.

Keep the product in a cool and dry place at a temperature of maximum 25°C.
To be able to re-use the already-opened packs without causing any loss of activity, it is recommended to seal them tightly and keep them in a cold environment.
Under the above-mentioned storage conditions, the shelf-life of the product is 18 months.
