Yuva Fresh Yeast is used in home-type practices, such as traditional bun dough and the like, along with varieties of bagels, filled pastries, muffins, savory buns, and cakes.

USAGE

Incorporate 42 g of Yuva (1 pack) into 1 kg of flour by crumbling it or by dissolving it in water.

PACKAGING

10 displays (consisting of 24 packs of 42 g each) in 10-kg cardboard boxes.
10 packs of 500 g each, in 5-kg cardboard boxes.

STORAGE

It is recommended that the product be kept at a temperature from 0 °C to +4 °C in order for the quality of the product to be preserved.
Under the above-mentioned storage conditions, the shelf-life of the product is 50 days.
