The Pulso Fresh which is specially designated to provide softness in and improve the inner structure of breads such as sandwich breads, hamburger breads, and toasts. Owing to its special formulation, it prolongs the shelf-life of breads and enables you to produce products that maintain their freshness up to 10 days. By virtue of the active components utilized in its formation, the Pulso Soft renders your products more stable during fermentation and makes them standard and consistent throughout the process.

    The recommended dose is 1% of the weight of the flour. (1 kg of the product for 100 kg of flour)
