Safmaya Active Dry Yeast is used in home-type practices, such as traditional bun dough and the like, along with varieties of bagels, filled pastries, muffins, savory buns, and cakes.


Have Safmaya Active Dry Yeast melt in warm water or milk. Let it mature for 10 minutes, and then incorporate it into the flour.
The recommended amount to be used may vary according to the recipe. Normally, 1 spoonfull of Safmaya Active Dry Yeast is used with 1 kg of flour.

Keep the product in a cool and dry place at a temperature of maximum 25°C.
To be able to re-use the already-opened packs without causing any loss of activity, it is recommended to seal them tightly and keep them in a cold environment.
